WHWD Airforce at Serpentine Green - Peterborough - ♿️ Main Row, LHS

Here's a WH Airforce at Serpentine Green, which is a weird shopping centre thing that's dominated by the ginormous Tesco featured in the last video, and is managed by British Land. This Airforce has a weird issue I've never seen before though, as it starts normally and goes to full power, however immediately after the air power drops by about half, and the motor switches to a strange higher pitch. I have no idea what's causing this, but it did very much catch me off-guard. I have no idea where I even start with the toilet setup here, as it is nothing short of a true Scottish preview. There's a main row of 3 accessible toilets, however there's then two more round the corner near the baby rooms, along with 3 baby rooms including one that clearly was a conversion from a 6th accessible toilet. The male toilets are of course stupidly oversized too. As for the dryers, the two front accessible toilets have more Airforces of different ages, which I filmed both of since this WH one wasn't the only dodgy one. The two accessible toilets around the side then both had PHS MK3 Airforces including one with a bang startup, though I didn't film these due to time as I only discovered them after doing all the front ones. The 3 baby rooms all have WH Airforces that seemingly are never used and were just pointless replacements, then the male toilets have some assortment of AIKE/Kuaierte hands-ins which I can't remember the specifics of.
