2023 Otokar Kent C Metropoline Public Transport bus ride on route 55 in Givatayim and Tel Aviv, IL.

Route 55, known as the worst bus route in Israel, was recently transferred from its previous operator, Kavim to Metropoline Public Transport. This bus route is infamously known for its significant delays and cancellations. Luckily, Metropoline kept the articulated busses on this route since this specific route is considered "articulated" by the tender, by purchasing the Solaris Urbino 18's from Kavim, and purchasing new busses made by Turkish manufacturer Otokar.
