BARKEZ Baby, Keep That Feeling | 80's Funk Boogie

BARKEZ lives in a powerful, funky, and high-energy universe inspired by the early-1980s sound of The Bar-Kays. Their musical identity is built around heavy basslines, sharp rhythm guitars, punchy horns, tight drum grooves, bright synths, group vocals, and explosive arrangements made for the dance floor. Blending funk, boogie, soul, and early-1980s club energy, BARKEZ brings back the raw excitement of 1981 and 1982 while creating a modern and original identity for Groove Legacy. Their universe celebrates movement, confidence, nightlife, party energy, love, attitude, and the power of a band playing with unstoppable groove. It is not simply a return to the past. It is classic funk energy reinvented for a new generation. A heavy bassline. A blazing groove. A funk machine built for the night. Discover BARKEZ on Groove Legacy.
