Legion of the Damned potential rules...

Welcome back to Aelindrach Studios. Today I discuss potential rules for the new Legion of the Damned Kill Team (some of which might also be applicable to 40K), along with some lore (from shady memory back in the 90's!). This is all speculation and a bit of fun. Please let me know if you agree or disagree, along with what you think the rules might be!
