The Definitive E0 Cyrene Rotation Guide for Phainon

This guide goes over all the requirements and setups you need to pull off a guaranteed E0 Cyrene ult in Phainon teams within 70-90 Action Value (with no external RNG) depending on your team's investment and relic quality. Everything in the video assumes you already have a Phainon, Cyrene, Cerydra and at least 1 copy of Dance Dance Dance (DDD). The first 2 parts of the video go over E0 Cyrene's rotation with Robin Summeretto. The first part is with higher relic quality and investments whilst the 2nd part showcases a run with lower relic quality and resources. The latter half of the video covers the OG E0 Cyrene rotation with RMC (in case you didn't pull Robin Summeretto or were unlucky during her banner). The parts are split up the same as the Robin Summeretto segment respectively. I advise pausing the video whenever a particularly wordy description pops up since I often didn't have time to keep a point on the screen for too long as another notable point would follow soon after. Due to this, I tried my best to make sure each comment lasted for at least 3 seconds before moving on allowing for a relatively large pausing window for the viewer. I, once again, apologise for my extremely mediocre editing skills. I mentioned in the video that you must use DDD on Cerydra for this rotation. Whilst that is true for a faster E0 Cyrene ramp-up, you can still do this rotation completely the same even if you run a non-DDD LC on Cerydra (like her Sig). You will just be sacrificing roughly 10-17 AV (depending on the DDD superimposition) so the change isn't anything too drastic. You will eventually make up the damage you lost during the wasted AV in a prolonged fight simply because an amping LC will provide a higher DPS than a simple DDD anyway.
