This isn't just a song to listen to. It’s also a guided meditation for HEALING.
The song begins with beautiful Ho'oponopono phrases, and then slowly transitions into a guided meditation for healing your body - with breathing, hand placement and spoken affirmations to actively follow along.
So please don't press play and walk away. Find a quiet moment, place your hands where you're guided, breathe, and repeat the words. This is your time to slow down, connect with your body, and intentionally practice forgiveness, gratitude, healing and love. 💖
🌿NOTE: This entire healing track repeats 3 times, so if you want to go deeper and repeat the healing meditation, you can simply stay with the music. There's no need to stop and press replay - just relax, follow the guidance, and allow yourself to go through the process again.💖
I created this because I've experienced healing sessions where my coach guided me through the process with nothing but his voice and it worked like Magic. There's something beautiful about bringing that same experience along with music - where the piano, harmonies and healing sound frequencies assist you and give you the space to let go, breathe, soften and feel the words deeply.
The first part is a beautiful Ho'oponopono prayer song for the body.
Then at 2:58, the music transitions into a guided healing meditation.
You'll be invited to:
🌿 Place one hand on your heart
🌿 Place your other hand where you feel discomfort or pain
🌿 Take slow, deep breaths
🌿 Repeat the Ho'oponopono phrases
🌿 Release guilt, fear and what no longer serves you
🌿 Thank your body
🌿 Offer yourself love, forgiveness and healing
Don't rush through this part. Follow the instructions in the song and give yourself permission to actually participate.
You don't have to force anything.
Just Breathe. Listen. Repeat. Allow.
And remember this whenever you feel low:
"This came FROM me... not TO me...
And if I created it... I can let it go."
Welcome to A Note of Cheer 💖 I'm so grateful you found your way here.
I hope this music gives you a beautiful space to reconnect with yourself, soften toward your body, and choose a little more love today.✨
