Understanding the Lyrics Changed How I See Miyuki Nakajima’s “Fight!” 🇯🇵

This time I reacted to Miyuki Nakajima’s “Fight!” with English subtitles, and finally understanding the lyrics completely changed the experience for me. The song moves through several different stories of people facing hardship, fear, judgment and difficult circumstances, while the chorus keeps returning to the idea of continuing to fight even when others may laugh at you. The lyrics gave me a lot to think about, and I ended up discussing how some of those situations connect to life today and to my own experiences.
