Ep 7 - Sub 60 Hyrox - London Olympia, no expectations..

Entered this Hyrox without much expectation and decided to approach it a bit differently this time, easing into the race rather than going out hot. Ended with a sub 60 and unbroken wallballs so very happy with the outcome :) Shoutout to @jocks_jpgs (jock_rayment) for the footage!
