I love the look of neckties on a blouse or dress and I a sharing how to add them easily to the neckline of the ever favorite Rhapsody blouse from Love Notions. I have chosen a flowery print on navy background to make the dress I’d dreamed about. I am again making use of a pattern I know I love and that fits to create a visual detail that reflects my style. A tad longer to be able to use a belt. *Drafted a little facing for the small V at the neckline and sewed it down *Front gathered seam is enclosed within the two yokes *Back gathered seam is enclosed within the two yokes. *Hemmed with bias tape and stitched by hand *Sleeveless, bias binding facing *Long tie about 2 yards long by 4” width.
