"Passenger card" at Corse Clienti Road Atlanta event

When Ferrari hosts an event no matter where it is they really go above and beyond to make sure their it's done properly. I was treated as if I was an owner of one of the race cars even though I was a guest. Road Atlanta is an absolutely stunning race track but the paddock and pits really lack proper facilities like you would have at a private track like Monticello in NY. Despite the lack of proper facilities Ferrari made sure the hospitality was on par with somewhere like The Ritz-Carlton as it would be for any other event they host. The focus on small details like having cards for all the race car owners to give to their friends or literally anyone they want to come in their car as a passenger. While speaking with the owner of the yellow #512 599XX EVO I asked if I would be able to go for a ride in his car during on of the sessions since he had been driving without an instructor. It was the second day and things were slowing down a bit so it was the perfect opportunity for not only him but any of the other drivers to invite someone along as a passenger. I brought my passenger card to the Corse Clienti office where I had to show the card and let them know what car I was riding in. After signing some paperwork they gave me a racing suit to change into and a helmet with an audio setup so I could talk to my friend driving. When he came in to the pits I jumped in the car and one of the crew members for the car strapped up my racing harness I'm very thankful he had no problem having me ride along with him because it is an experience I will never forget!!
