Built in 1997 to preserve the heritage of the old “Bird Street,” it is home to dozens of stalls selling pet birds, ornate bamboo cages, and birdkeeping supplies, and remains a popular gathering spot for local enthusiasts, especially elderly men who bring their prized birds out in beautifully crafted cages each morning.
