True R290 Cooler Warranty Call. Cooler is not cooling.

In this video I will troubleshoot an R290 cooler that is not cooling. The scale used in the video is a chem penn, but it looks identical to the one that mastercool sells. I couldn't get the mastercool one here in Canada, so my supplier got me the Chem Penn.
