Dolly Parton's Other House Had Seven Locks on One Door

There is a white farmhouse on the corner of Alisal Road in Solvang, California. It was built in the 1920s. From the street it looks like every other house on that block. Dolly Parton owned it for ten years and almost nobody knew. The windows are mirrors — from outside they reflect the street, so nobody can see in. A covered latticework corridor runs to the back door, so a person can get from the car to the house without being seen. And on the door of the main bedroom there were seven locks. All of them locked from the inside.
