BCRP Live | Saturday Afternoon Dream Pop / Jangle Guitar

After spending most of my time playing my Les Paul the last few weeks, I decided to pick up my trusty Strat & see what kinds of tones and (hopefully) seeds of song ideas might fall out. And I can definitely say it's taken me in some fresh--and I think interesting--directions right away. I really hope to start moving towards taking follow up steps from these improvisatory one-off's to source ideas for thorough, focused development into a catalog of original material. It's been a long time since I really practiced songwriting in any traditional fashion. But I'm hearing the muse speaking to me more and more, and I intend to keep listening when it does. #jangle #songwritingprocess #staycurious
