Manchester & Deepwater Version 2.0 Update 33 - Starting the Fine Scale Miniatures Ice Station

This week, we get started on a kit that was my Grandpa's, the Fine Scale Miniatures Ice Station. Grandpa put the base color on the sides, and then never did anything else. He did that without as much wear and tear as I would like, so we start there. After roughing the wood up a bit, with both a steel brush and sandpaper, we add some stains, and stain and paint the trim. The trim is added to corners, along the window and door frames, and then those details are added. We finish up with the stone foundation which is loose stone that gets glued on. There's lots more to do on this kit, and I'll share my progress as I go.
