Running expression microarrays with the Case It simulation

Breast cancer and melanoma case data are included, but the simulation works with any fluorescence data. This free simulation software, available for both PC and Mac at https://www.caseitproject.org/, enables users to perform a variety of laboratory procedures on any DNA or protein sequence, including qPCR, SNP and expression microarrays, restriction enzyme digestion, gel electrophoresis, PCR, ELISA, Southern and Western blots, and dot blots (https://www.caseitproject.org/cases-a.... Case It won a Science Prize from the American Association of Science (AAAS) for its effectiveness in undergraduate biology and high school education.
