509 is one of 60 Van Hool A330s built and delivered to York Region Transit (YRT) in 2005 and 2006 (as 5139), these units were ordered to launch YRT's Viva service in September 2005, and were the only order for rigid (40-foot) Viva buses. In 2013, 509 was one of 20 units that underwent refurbishment and were converted to conventional YRT buses. This ride was recorded in 4K on October 8th, 2026 on an iPhone 15 Pro.
