How to Convert 140a Car Alternator in to Powerful Electric Ebike Motor

In this video I'm going to show you how I converted this 140a alternator in to 3 phase brushless DC motor. I bought this alternator online so luckily I didn't need to replace bearings but if you decide to get yours from junk yard be aware that bearing replacement might be mandatory. My screw terminal block enables me to easily switch between delta and star configurations.
