We spent two days trekking and camping in the jungle of Sumatra, Indonesia, searching for wild orangutans around Batu Katak before continuing to Bukit Lawang. We explored the rainforest around Gunung Leuser National Park, looking for orangutans, gibbons and other wildlife. Along the way we found orangutan nests, sun bear claw marks, leeches and an incredible Titan Arum (corpse flower) blooming in the wild.
