In this video we learn how to make a solar tree. It also called as solar tracker. Our project will include the design and construction of a microcontroller-based solar panel tracking system. Solar tracking allows more energy to be produced because the solar array is able to remain aligned to the sun. A working system will ultimately be demonstrated to validate the design. RTC based makes it more efficient and reliable. Electronics Components used are 1) Microcontroller W78e052DDG 2) RTC DS1307 3) Memory AT24c64 4) LM317 Variable Voltage Regulator 5) LM7805 Fixed Voltage regulator 6) Motor Driver L293D 7) 2x16 LCD 8) 1N4007 Diodes 9) 10K Pot 10) 10 RPM DC Geared Motor 11) Limit Switch 12) 4V/100mA Solar Panel 6 Nos 13) 4V/1.5Ah battery 3 Nos 14) 3 V Cell 15) 32.7KHz Crystal 16) 11.0592Mhz Crystal 17) Keypad 18) Some other discrete components like resistor, capacitors etc. Make a program for DC Motor, which will run according to the defined time.
