Why Is the Lamb Worthy to Open the Scroll? | Revelation 5

The Lamb who was slain is standing. The Lamb of God is worthy of all honor, glory, and praise. *Behold the Lamb* is an original cinematic Christian worship song inspired by John 1:29 and Revelation 5, celebrating Jesus Christ — the spotless Lamb of God, the crucified and risen Savior, and the One worthy to open the scroll. In Revelation 5, John beholds a scroll sealed with seven seals. No one is found worthy to open it until the Lion of the tribe of Judah is revealed. Then John sees a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain. *The Lamb who was slain is alive. The Lamb alone is worthy.* This majestic Christian worship song follows the biblical revelation of Jesus Christ, from the declaration of John the Baptist to the heavenly worship surrounding the throne. With a powerful male lead vocal, expressive cello, soaring violins, emotional piano, and sweeping cinematic orchestration, *Behold the Lamb* is a declaration of praise to Jesus Christ alone. Biblical inspiration 📖 *John 1:29* — Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. 📖 *Revelation 5:5* — The Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed. 📖 *Revelation 5:6–7* — The Lamb who was slain stands before the throne and takes the scroll. 📖 *Revelation 5:9–10* — The Lamb is worthy because He was slain and redeemed people for God by His blood. 📖 *Revelation 5:12–13* — All honor, glory, blessing, and power belong to the Lamb. *“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.” — Revelation 5:12 (KJV)* Behold the Lamb, once slain, now standing. The Holy Son, forever reigning. All blessing and honor, all glory and praise belong to Jesus Christ. May this song magnify the Lord Jesus and bring glory to God.
