GTA 5 - Traffic Mayhem near the Tudor Fire Station in Liberty City Map

Los Santos traffic is bad, but what about the traffic in Liberty City (including the State of Alderney)? Most of which you see here is the traffic chaos near the Tudor Fire Station. Ranging from vehicles not yielding to fire trucks, vehicles knocking down objects (especially where there's clips where one of the buses knock down one of the power lines) and more! Is it just as bad as what you would see in Los Santos? For the Liberty City map I'm using, I'm using Liberty City Remix.
