RaDonda Vaught, A Tennessee Nurse is facing two criminal charges for a medication error that occurred at Vanderbilt Hospital in 2017. The medication error was initially covered up by the hospital, but after an anonymous source uncovered the mistake, Vanderbilt immediately shifted blame to the Nurse RaDonda Vaught, who had been cooperating with investigations for the entire 10 months preceeding.
