Svarog – The Hands That Begin Again is a dark Slavic-Nordic pagan ritual sung in Russian, where the Völva reaches the forge after winter — and discovers that an ending is not the same as emptiness. She believed the cold had taken everything. That after winter, only silent graves remained. But beneath the ashes... something was still breathing. — There is no throne in this forge. No crown. Only hands blackened by soot. Tired shoulders. The breath of the bellows. Metal glowing beneath the hammer. — Svarog does not speak of creation as a miracle. Iron resists. Wood strains. Fire reveals. The hand chooses. And the hammer answers. What has bent can be straightened. What has broken can be reforged. What has fallen can rise again. — Through the eyes of the Völva, the forge becomes something more than a place of fire and metal. The bellows breathe like the chest of a giant. The hammers fall not like weapons... but like promises. And slowly she understands: the world is not born again in glory. It returns through the quiet labor of those who continue. — Following the winter of Chernobog – The Black Mask of Veles, this is the next passage into VIDAR's Slavic cycle. Winter prepared the earth. Now the forge answers. Not with triumph. Not with conquest. With endurance. With fire. With patient hands willing to begin again. — For total immersion, headphones are recommended. Turn up the volume. Listen to the bellows. Listen to the iron resist. Listen to the silence between the hammer blows. And remember: iron does not fear fire. It fears being forgotten. — — LYRICS — I thought... the cold had taken everything.. I thought... that after winter... only silent graves remained... But beneath the ashes... something was still breathing... Iron does not fear fire... It fears being forgotten... Wood does not fear the axe... It fears the hands... that no longer lift it... What does not move... already belongs to the ashes... I saw... no throne... no crown... I saw hands... blackened by soot... Tired shoulders... The breath of the hearth... Glowing metal... singing beneath the blows... And every spark... that fell upon the stone... seemed older than the stars... Metal remembers... It resists... Then yields... Fire reveals... what was already living within... I create nothing... I give form... to what was waiting... in the darkness... So... Even winter... was not the end... Winter prepares the earth... Fire transforms... The hand chooses... And the hammer answers... What has bent... can be straightened... What has broken... can be reforged... What has fallen... can rise again... What remains... will pass through the fire... I heard... the bellows breathing... like the chest of a giant... I heard... the hammers falling... not like weapons... but like promises... I heard... the wood cracking... the embers singing... And then I understood... that the world is born again... not in glory... but in the quiet labor... of those... who continue... What has bent... can be straightened... What has broken... can be reforged... The world yields... The world returns... The world waits... for patient hands... that will begin everything again... Iron... does not fear fire... It fears... being forgotten... Musical Style: Dark Slavic-Nordic pagan ritual, ancient forge trance, purely acoustic ceremonial music, minimalist orchestration, raw bowed-string friction, low drones, sparse percussion and a slow ritual progression built from repetition, pressure, silence and physical labor. Instruments & Voices: Deep worn male ritual voice, raw Völva vocals moving between breath and rasp, low male unison choir, expressive raw violin, dissonant cello and contrabass drones, dry gusli, wooden hammer and anvil percussion, frame drums, breathing bellows, fire, wood and natural forge textures. No polished vocals. No conventional orchestral grandeur. No heroic crescendo. The forge itself becomes part of the music: breath, wood, metal, friction and silence. — VIDAR gives voice to forgotten myths. The Völva. The old gods. The ancient forests. The sacred rites. And the hands that continue when everything else has fallen silent. The path has turned east. Winter prepared the earth. Now the fire begins its work. — #SlavicMusic #SlavicMythology #Svarog #Сварог #DarkRitual #PaganMusic #RitualMusic #RussianMusic #Volva #AncientForge #DarkFolk #Vidar ᛇ Support the Ritual: Subscribe:    / @vidar-9
