SUBTRACTIVE REASONING - Idleconcept

It was really hot in Bristol over the last few months and my computer I use to make music on is pretty old and was struggling a bit. Due to this I decided to write some music using the least demanding synth I had access too in reason. This was the awesome Subtractor and I used it for nearly every instrument on this album with the addition of some drum machines, a few beat loops and some random samples. Its a cool little synth that is really simple and fun to use but has lots of options for automation and a nice old school feel to it. I don't really know anything about genres but I guess the music is a bunch of weird electro, breaky, housey, hip hoppy, strange synthy stuff written late at night when it was too hot to sleep and my brain felt like it was melting.
