Come with me on a Costco trip in Vermont! 🛒🇺🇸 In this vlog, I’m stocking up on healthy snacks ( that I have not yet to find at my local stores in MTL) and doing some meal prep to make life a little easier during busy weeks. I’m making Shepherd’s Pie and Lasagna to freeze so we have homemade backup meals ready to go whenever we’re short on time. Having a few freezer meals in the past on hand has been such a lifesaver especially when life gets busy and there’s no time (or energy) to cook from scratch.
