The Penistone Boundary Walk

The Penistone Boundary Walk is a 16 mile walk around the boundary of Penistone. The walk officially starts at Cubley Hall, (I've read it's free parking for walkers ) thanks to the landlord John Wigfield, himself a keen local walker. A large plinth showing the walk can be found in the grounds. I started mine at Scout Dike Reservoir (Yorkshire Water free parking) as it was nearer for me and shortened my car travel time Wherever you start, it's a great journey throughout, and not too difficult, though just over 16 miles.
