ACO Home to Home: Stefanie Farrands

Our new Principal Viola Stefanie Farrands gives a moving performance of Vieuxtemps’ Capriccio ‘Hommage à Paganini’ from the intimacy of her home. Stefanie says of the work, “It’s a piece that always draws me inwards and takes me to a place of great comfort. It shows the deep beauty and depth of colour of the viola, and when I play it I find that time seems to stop still for a moment.” Please consider supporting the ACO and our free digital season, ACO HomeCasts, with a tax-deductible donation: http://aco.com.au/donate View more ACO HomeCasts: http://aco.com.au/ACOHomeCasts
