HOW TO MAKE A SAFARI SUIT

In this episode of how to make a Safari Suit. I shared with you the materials needed in making a safari suit, how to cut the fabric using an already existing patterns and how to place notches on the appropriate places. Safari jackets were initially designed for military purposes in Britain, however, saint Laurent first introduced the safari jacket in his runway shows in the year 1967. Safari suits are usually made up of materials like cotton, linen, and wool. Meanwhile the safari suits comes with different design of collars, pockets, sleeves and vents but in this tutorial, I will be focusing on a safari suit with one piece collar, utilitarian pockets, short 2 piece sleeve, center back vent and fanciers buttons.
