When Crystal Rasch's family reported her missing, her estranged husband told a deputy she had "done this before." Days later, detectives sat him down for an overnight interview and walked him through every answer. He did not know they had license plate camera photos of his car. Crystal Rasch, 37, of Clyman, Wisconsin, had filed for divorce and was planning a fresh start when she was last heard from on June 11, 2024. Over one overnight interview and a trial two years later, we count every time Zachariah Rasch's story changes: her bank card, his family's land, the car, the ride, the trip, Milwaukee, an anonymous tip, and where she is. On June 9, 2026, a Dodge County jury found Zachariah Rasch guilty of first-degree intentional homicide and mutilating a corpse. On July 21, 2026, Judge Brian Pfitzinger sentenced him to life in prison without the possibility of parole, plus six years. 0:00 "…and then forgot a whole night up there" 1:08 Missing 5:38 The first story 13:24 Checking every answer 18:32 The plate cameras 26:25 The tip 31:29 Trial, verdict and sentence Which answer gave him away for you?
