I thought I already knew how much I loved “Doomed” 😂 I reacted to Bring Me The Horizon’s original version, then I heard the live performance and thought THAT was insane… BUT THENNNN I heard Maphra’s cover and HOLY SHIT 😭🔥 HER VOICE!!! The richness in her tone, the grit when she transitions into those higher notes, those shrill screams, and THEN THE FALSETTOS?! 🤯 That transition from the falsetto straight into those shrill notes absolutely blew my mind. I honestly don’t know if I can listen to the Bring Me The Horizon version the same way after hearing this. I am officially DOWN to dive into more of Maphra’s covers because if this is what she’s capable of… I NEED to hear more!
