G. Scott Morris, MD, MDiv, is a board-certified family physician and ordained elder in the Memphis Conference of the United Methodist Church who has spent nearly four decades advancing access to care for the working uninsured in Memphis. Guided by both his medical training and his ministry, Dr. Morris founded and has served as founder and chief executive officer of Church Health since 1987, building a nationally recognized model that integrates primary care, dentistry, behavioral health, wellness, and faith-based support.
