My life off grid by the river in Jamaica 🇯🇲

This is what my country life looks like, living in an off-grid cabin by the river in Portland, Jamaica 🇯🇲 Today, I was so blessed to harvest Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Spanish Needle, and scallions. What do you think of the dish I cooked for my family? Would you try it? I tidy our shed and installed a solar light and ended my day eating mango 🥭 in the river.
