We Have Been Here Before – A Psychedelic Americana Song of Déjà Vu | Peter Merrick

We Have Been Here Before – Peter Merrick Have you ever arrived somewhere for the first time… and somehow already knew the way? “We Have Been Here Before” follows Peter Merrick on a strange journey through an unfamiliar town that feels impossible to forget. A church on the hill. A familiar bend in the river. A red house waiting at the end of the road. Places they have never visited — yet somehow already know. Then an old photograph from 1908 turns a strange feeling into an even bigger question. Is it coincidence? Déjà vu? A trick of memory? Or can certain places, faces and roads follow us from one lifetime to another? Driven by a big electric guitar riff, rolling bass, punchy drums, Hammond organ and a powerful psychedelic guitar solo, “We Have Been Here Before” blends Psychedelic Americana, Blues Rock and Desert Rock with Peter Merrick’s fascination with memory, synchronicity and the unexplained. No final answers. Just that strange feeling that sometimes stops you in your tracks: We've been here before. 🎸 Artist: Peter Merrick 🎵 Song: We Have Been Here Before 🔥 Genre: Psychedelic Americana / Blues Rock / Desert Rock 📻 Cactus Fuzz Radio For listeners who love guitar-driven Americana, psychedelic blues and songs about déjà vu, past lives, mysterious places and memories that seem to come from somewhere beyond this life.
