I Was So Scared to Lose You | My Pregnancy Journey to 36 Weeks 🤍

Our pregnancy journey wasn’t exactly what I imagined it would be….🤍 From the day I found out I was pregnant, I experienced so many emotions—happiness, excitement, fear, anxiety, and a lot of tears. During my pregnancy, we learned that I had a short cervix, which meant I needed to be extra careful. But i was still going to work. I had to commute. And I eventually had a pessary placed to help support my pregnancy. Along the way, we also had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our puppy, Louis. 😭🥲 Then, at 33 weeks, everything became even more frightening when I experienced bleeding and preterm contractions. I was confined in the hospital for 11 days, praying and hoping that our little baby would stay inside just a little longer. And somehow, we made it to 36 weeks. Then, on Good Friday, April 3, our beautiful daughter Imogen finally came into the world—with the loudest cry and the most beautiful sound I had ever heard. 🥹🤍 This video is a little piece of our journey—from the day I found out I was pregnant, through the fear and uncertainty, to finally meeting the little girl I had been praying for.
