Parkrun tourist, it's been a few months. How did I fair?

Ep. 6 So today, I decided to embark on being a parkrun tourist for a few weekends. And first tourist event is Fareham Parkrun. I've done this event 6 times before, with my best time being 19.06, but I didn't consider that within reach this time around. so I started out fast, first 1k In 3.47, then went on to a 3.45, so it was going well. Then I just started to drop off the front runners, so the gap grew, and they went out of shot, but thankfully, I had a good gap to the following group. I was struggling to breathe, so about 1km from the finish I had to walk. it was only a few seconds, but it got my head back in the game. Pushed then all the way to the end for 5th Overall from 204 and 1st Vet 45-49
