Pre poo (detangle with conditioner + separate hot oil treatment) 2. Exercise (for “steam” oil treatment) 3. Shampoo (cleanse) 4. Deep condition (moisturize / repair) 5. Styling products. Either an all-in-one, or leave-in, cream, oil (LCO) 6. Twist 7. Wait 1-2 days (time to dry) 8.
