Courses Featured This Month: Little Mulberry - Heavily wooded, but open fairways (one of the best) Yahoola Creek - Very open with some cool water carry shots Suwannee Creek - Entirely wooded, short and technical Chapters: 0:00 A Pro Reached Out 0:51 Ben's Guidance 4:31 Comfort in Discomfort 5:34 "You Can Do Hard Things" 7:13 Embracing Discomfort 9:47 Loving the Process 11:30 Round One 15:00 Round Two Instagram for some more short films: @upanddowndiscgolf #discgolf #discgolfchallenge #challenge #discgolflife #filmmaking #protour #pdga #advice #tournament #professional #upanddown #upanddowndiscgolf
