Jonathan Manning rides along the spectacular Lincolnshire coastline from Sutton-on-Sea Club site (https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-si...) to the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point, calling in at fascinating seaside installations the Cloud Bar and Sound Tower on the homeward leg.
