Ode to Hope: a Concert of Persian Poetry and Music

On 6th of June, 2026, Negar Bouban and Musical Duo Vertical Lights performed a concert in Bielefeld, Germany. The Concert program is conceived as a musical journey consisting of a prologue and four movements, combining Persian poetry with Iranian melodies for voices and instruments. Throughout the music, recurring references are made to Iran's musical heritage and to the works of influential Iranian musicians and composers. The central theme of the program is rhythm, movement, and the enduring spirit of hope.
