How to assess entrainment response in AVNRT?

Entrainment can be used to differentiate various supraventricular tachycardias. For entrainment, we do overdrive ventricular pacing i.e. we pace from right ventricle during tachycardia at a rate faster than the tachycardia. And, then on cessation of pacing, we assess the entrainment response.
