Dire Forze is a musical project from Colombia specifically the city of Palmira (Valle del Cauca) focused on the electronic body music and industrial scene. Their work has attracted the attention of specialized EBM music media in Europe and North America for instance, by being reviewed or featured on key international platforms such as WhiteLight//WhiteHeat magazine. The project was created and is led by producer and musician Ali Said (who is also frequently associated with the management of independent labels such as The Said Records). It is characterized by an old-school analog sound (Old School EBM), featuring pronounced mechanical rhythmic influences, hard-hitting synthesizers, and a dark, military-style aesthetic. Furthermore, their productions are played in EBM DJ sets and at industrial music festivals worldwide including circuits in Europe and Asia cementing their status as an active figurehead of Latin American industrial music within the global underground cultural scene. Dire Forze's music revolves around dark, abrasive, and combative themes, closely aligned with the traditional EBM (Electronic Body Music) aesthetic and the classic industrial sound. Dire Forze is part of the EBM electronic music movement in Colombia, playing an active role in the local underground scene and appearing on compilations and in publications alongside other national acts in the genre. The project has gained international recognition on digital platforms and specialized independent labels (such as Nevel Records and The Said Records), with standout singles and productions that began to gain significant momentum between 2018 and 2020 (including tracks like "You Fight" and "Body to Body," as well as collaborations on compilations such as Apocalypse Doesn't Come.
