Dreamtime opus 2 The Awakening

Instrumental symphonic metal. This is Part 2 in the Dreamtime Exodus Suite. The world awaits The Great Awakening – the moment when the entire Anari people will descend and be reborn during a single, magical night. The sign for the Awakening is the Starshower of Gold. When the last of the old gods falls asleep in the waking world, a shower of golden meteors will cleave the sky and fling open the gates of the Vault of Infinity. Then comes the night when the stars begin to burn with an intense, amber glow. Inside the Dreamtime, a tone is heard – a deep, vibrating chime from an invisible bell that echoes through the nebula. It is the signal for the Awakening. For the first time in eternity, the collective dream of the Anari changes. It becomes sharp, clear, and filled with an intense downward pull. The synchronized consciousness begins to fracture into thousands of individual sparks. Like a glowing waterfall of souls, the Anari people fall through the veil of the Dreamtime and down toward the waking world. They fall like shooting stars over cities, forests, and mountains. I think i captured the feeling of coming into existance quite nice in this part. For this part i used French horns together with Cello and it turned out to be a perfect match, both instruments have the warmth in the sound that i was looking for.
