Slow Days at Home 🏠 | Setting Up Our Home, DIYs, Costco & Family Time Welcome back to another vlog! ❤️ In today’s vlog, I’m taking you along as we continue setting up our home. There were still quite a few boxes left to unpack, so we decided to slowly get everything organized and find the perfect place for everything. My husband was busy fixing our new dining table, while the kids and I worked on setting up the living room. We opened the remaining boxes, sorted through our things, and decided what should go where. Since it was summer break, there was no rush at all. We took our time and enjoyed the process. The kids helped as much as they could, which made it even more special. 🥰 In between, it started raining, and honestly, we loved it! I really enjoy rainy weather, especially when I’m inside my home. There’s something so warm, peaceful, and cozy about watching the rain from indoors. ☔🏠 After dinner that evening, we decided to try the Vietnamese coffee we had picked up from Costco. It was something new for us to try, and we enjoyed having it together. The next day, I continued setting up our bedroom. I started putting some of my DIY creations on the wall, and I also wanted to show you this beautiful hoop I made for our anniversary. ❤️ I used to make a lot of DIYs, but after I started working, I got busy and didn’t get much time to create. Now that I’m getting back into it, I’m hoping to make some more DIYs again. And someday, I would love to share all of my DIY creations with you. There are quite a few that I’ve made over the years! 😊 Later, we went out for dinner to a nearby restaurant. We had pani puri and pav bhaji, and everything was really good. We enjoyed our dinner and then, on the way back home, we stopped by to take a look at the kids’ school. 🎒 And now it’s the next day! After lunch, we went out to get some ice cream. 🍦 Then we made a quick Costco trip to pick up our weekly groceries and milk. Once we came back home, I arranged everything and did a little meal prep for my husband’s lunch box for the next day. And then it was Monday again! I continued working on the living room by arranging the shelves and placing all the décor items. Slowly but surely, everything is starting to come together, and it’s been so nice seeing our home take shape. And with that, I’m going to end today’s vlog.
