Surviving 42°C Heat at Work in Japan 🇯🇵 | Cooking Chicken Tinola

Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel! 🤍🌸 In today’s vlog, I’m sharing another glimpse of my life here in Japan as an OFW. This time, I’ll take you with me through our last workday before the long yasumi, where I experienced one of the biggest challenges of working during the summer season — the extreme heat inside our production area. Our work area can reach up to 42°C because of the ovens, and without air conditioning, every shift becomes physically challenging. There were moments when I felt tired, scared, and even questioned if I could still continue. But I reminded myself of my purpose and why I chose this journey. After work, I’ll also share my simple rest day routine — cleaning my little apartment, cooking Filipino comfort food like chicken tinola, and creating a peaceful space that helps me relax and avoid feeling homesick. Living abroad is not always easy. There are challenges with work, adjusting to a new environment, and missing the people we love. But along the way, we also find blessings, new friendships, and people who become like family. I hope this vlog inspires anyone who is working hard for their dreams, especially those who are far away from home.
