Why “Where Can We Use AI?” Is the Wrong Question

I love power tools. Over the years I’ve accumulated an impact driver, SDS drill, circular saw, jigsaw, multi-tool and even a Kango. But I’ve never owned a nail gun. Not because I don’t want one. I absolutely do. I’ve just never had a job that actually needs one. And that got me thinking about the current rush to “implement AI”. Too often, the conversation starts with: “Where can we use AI?” Instead of: “What are we actually trying to fix?”. Because when you start with the tool, everything has a tendency to look like a nail.
