Kangaroo carry with a woven wrap using the Pre-tied method

Here I demonstrate the Kangaroo carry using a mid length woven wrap (base -2). There are two main ways of doing this carry - pre-tied or tie around. Here I show the pre-tied method. The Kangaroo carry is a great option for newborns and older babies alike. Its lovely snuggly carry and as no material comes between you and baby great for skin to skin and oxytocin cuddles. This was always a favourite of mine when my children were I'll or teething as they found the cuddlyness of this position very reassuring. I also love how spread the shoulders are and the straps across the back. You can also do this carry with a longer wrap and simply tie it behind you for more support.
