Window won’t roll up Lexus ES 300/330

This is a pretty common issue on older Es300/330s. Window will operate slowly and eventually stop working. Usually due to a bad motor. Borrowed my inlaw’s car while visiting them on vacation and decided to make a quick video on fixing the window regulator. (According to what I have read this affects 2003, 2004, 2005 Lexus ES 300 and 330)
