A haunted 1972 Cadillac hearse rolls into FantomWorks... and leaves breathing fire. Meanwhile, a gorgeous 1959 Apache hides a steering flaw that could snap on a bump.
Dan and the team face their strangest build yet: Rick and Cheryl’s one-of-a-kind ’72 Cadillac hearse. From untangling lethal wiring to oversize disc brakes, a tilt column rescue, and a scratch-built flip-down jump seat, every fix reveals another twist. Steve pushes for air ride, Robbie torch-burns a Grim Reaper into a new wood floor, and a black widow hood scoop gets a custom paint sting. Then come the twin-tailpipe flamethrowers and a 2,000-watt fog system that must be safe enough to trigger without torching the car.
Across the shop, Merlin and Lynn’s 1959 Chevy Apache looks the part but steers like a trap. A wrong-angle pitman arm, loose gearbox mount, and cooling gremlins demand a rethink before a single mile. The payoff? A truck they can finally enjoy.
Watch to see what lights up, what breaks, and what finally drives right.
