This 25-minute English dictation challenge is designed for high-B2 / upper-intermediate English learners who want to improve their listening comprehension, spelling, writing accuracy, and knowledge of irregular past-tense verbs.
You'll listen to a 732-word story, pause the video, and write down exactly what you hear. Then you'll check your answers and review the vocabulary, grammar, spelling, and irregular verbs used throughout the story.
This is a long-form B2 English listening challenge — so don't worry if you don't get everything right the first time. The goal is to challenge yourself, identify your mistakes, and improve.

You will follow an unexpected journey to the north of England involving a delayed train, a coastal town, a mysterious path, and a very lucky dog. 🐕❤️
The story contains a wide range of irregular past-tense verbs.
